I think you are correct!
Just saw the movie for the first time in ages, and I thought I remembered the plaques as being the same shape, but white with black lettering. As you no-doubt noticed, the ones in this promotional photo are black & red with white lettering. I'm betting the white ones looked better against the green felt of the craps table, while the black & reds looked far better in this shot, since the background was his white tux...

Regardless, I'd love to get my hands on ANY of them!
