The Panda casino is in the basement of the Moskva Hotel in St. Petersburg. I think I left a few of the $.50 jetons there. I know that I had more than they did by the time I went home Take the mobster warning seriously - there are some guys in those casinos that you don't want to mess with. And that may include sitting at their table. Also be aware that some casinos will pay for your cab back to your hotel. I went into one place at the end of the night, played about 5 minutes, grabbed a stack of chips, had a free drink and snacks and took the free cab back to my hotel 10 miles away.

Don't worry about grabbing roulettes - they are all normally generic. Have a great trip - you will love St Petersburg..
