If you trade chips and one direction is lost in the mail, what do you do, no insurance and no delivery confirmation was done.

No, it is not your fault but your responsiblity. I never do delivery confirmation. If the chips are worth a lot of money then I will insure them AT MY EXPENSE. (keep in mind that you are more than likely making a bundle on that sale )
Part 2:
Sold a chip, hasn't shown up, no delivery confirmation, no insurance,
My fault?! Yes, same as above. either replace or refund totally.
Replace, share loss, refund totally?
