I had a similar experience once. Sent some chips to a collector and he claimed they never arrived. Oddly enough a couple of days later he listed the same chips on eBay...what a coincidence! Sent replacements but will never do so again! I now add a disclaimer to my auctions stating "I am not responsible for items lost in the mail unless they are insured."
