Part 1:
If you trade chips and one direction is lost in the mail, what do you do, no insurance and no delivery confirmation was done.
My fault?!
Does everybody do delivery confirmation? Only on chips above a certain price? Insurance, never?/always?/ Make it up, send another, wait forever?
Part 2:
Sold a chip, hasn't shown up, no delivery confirmation, no insurance,
My fault?!
Replace, share loss, refund totally?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
