IMO dealers have been proping up the price of them since 1996. Of course the propped up price has been coming down.

I believe the whole rack has been found.
Gordon gave me one of each in 1996.
He got the chips from burglers that had stolen them. He had quite a story about being scared to death when he met them for the buy. They sold him some saying it was all, then called him 3 more times saying they found more. Gordon was forced to buy them to protect his investment.
I believe the junkies in 2000 were the same people.
