But Jim, we don't live in an ideal world. And the pain that you can't see is often more harmful than physical pain. We are not solely physical creatures. There are times in my life that I have said things that were hurtful to people. But I have tried to learn by those mistakes, especially when those hurtful words were pointed out to me. I still say the wrong thing sometimes, but I'm learning.
