It certainly is his prerogative to do this, knowing full well that he may be losing a future customer. I have done the same exact thing as an seller in the past. I have very few "blocked" bidders on my list...have any of them done anything wrong really?? Yes and No -- but they represented some sort of difficulty (slow pay, no communication, short pay) in the past or a probable headache in the future and I've chosen to simply remove the hassle of dealing with them on .
