It's quite obvious, Vic, what the problem is that you're the only one that's not getting it. For 10 months you've dragged your feet on this, and as a result, you've had your name rightfully dragged through the mud where it belongs.

You're a crook. Your defense hangs on you not stating that you would combine shipping charges, yet you combined shipping in one envelope. The other eight sets of shipping charges went down your pocket, probably towards your mounting gambling debts or your unpaid child support - it's anyone's guess. You won't say why you refuse to refund the shipping charges you gouged from me, so I don't mind speculating. One thing is for certain, though: you are not fit to do business with, and you do not qualify for membership either in your local club or the National organization, because you are unwilling and/or unable to comply with the ethical terms.

It's really quite simple, so simple that two people have already identified exactly what the problem is: you aren't refunding my money because you didn't state you would combine shipping, YET YOU COMBINED SHIPPING into one envelope. You charged $16.65 to send nine chips in a single envelope, and you're too cheap / too proud / too stupid (pick one or more) to understand that what you did is a bad thing.

You've reminded me that I didn't ask "the seller" (you) whether you combined shipping before the auction. I'll remind you that I asked you exactly that question before a later auction of yours, AND YOU REFUSED TO ANSWER THE QUESTION. Why, then, would it matter if I asked you before the original auctions? If you had your mind set on a swindle, you wouldn't have answered then either.

The only other thing I'd like you to clarify is why would you consider hanging around a message board like this one, where you've established yourself as a complete hustler wanna-be?
