The Pechanga approach sounds like an opportunity for a card counter. Assuming it is an honest deck with an equal number of each number (1-6) - if there were an early run of one specific number it could change the odds of the following plays. For example, if a large number of 6's showed early then you could probably bet the big numbers (8, 9, 10) don't come and the small numbers to come? It makes my head hurt to think about it though so I don't think its going to do me any good.... Since they invented the game and there is no GCB I doubt there is any real assurance that it is an honest deck. But if the bettor can bet both ways, pass & don't pass, I would guess they have to make it an honest deck and count on the little house edge. Interesting.
I have seen ads on TV for the new craps game at the Jackson Rancheria but I haven't been up to see how it works.
