You ASSUMED that the seller would combine s&h when it was not stated in the auction. Nor did you think to ask the seller before bidding. We result was that you received the chips at the price advertised. Any profit made as a result of s&h, and there was quite a bit in your case, was part of the sale. Remember, people sell on eBay to make money. That's commerce.
