Ebay sellers want as much as they can get for their items ... and ebay buyers want to buy as cheaply as they can on items they are interested in.

If there is more than one bidder who wants the same item bad enough ... chances are the highest bidder won't be stealing anything cheaply ... and the underbidder (Glenn) will be getting a big disappointment.
