...whoever has the most money gets the chip. Notice I didn't say whoever WANTS the chip more. Collectors desire to obtain the chip, and dealers desire the money they can make from the chip. It seems to me that the members of the CC>CC should be more interested in the chips (a big part of chip collecting), and not the money. I am not talking about NIS dealers either. They earn the profit they receive from their sales. (Chuck Smorse is one of the best.) I am talking about the other dealers that are in the club to make money off other members.
Do you think there are dealers that buy chips off of the Chipboard, and then turn around and sell them for a large profit on ebay? I bet it happens.
