We need a few more collectors to join the BIG slot-card SHOTGUN swaps. TWO levels:

REALLY BIG slot-card SHOTGUN swap.
Send 100 different cards to 4 different collectors; that would require 400 total traders.

-OR- in case you don't have that many cards:

The NOT-SO-BIG slot-card SHOTGUN swap:
Send 30 different cards to 4 different collectors; that would require only 120 total traders.
