I haven't met Bob in person yet,but we've exchanged emails a few times,and he has really helped me out with starting my chip collection.He also helped encourage me to keep collecting after a few people on the Board had me pretty discouraged...I have to agree that he is one of the nicest guys i've met in the hobby so far,and a great guy in general. -Justin
