The way I read this is that if I buy 3 slot card for $2.99¢ plus $2.00 shipping (total of $4.99) and don't like what I received, then I can return the card to you (costing me $0.37¢ for actual postage) and get a refund of $2.99¢ and you still keep the $2.00 shipping charges.

Bottom line is that I am out $2.37¢ if I return one or more of the cards. (the origianl $2.00 postage fee your charging plus the $0.37¢ actual postage to return the card to you.
