I am re-making the clock, though I have no obligation to do so.
There are no return priviliges on thsi clock. Consider it a free gift. If you are not satisfied with it, you will justy throw it in the trash and call it "quits." No trashing my name/reputation on TCB.
Before anything is shipped, you will post a retraction of your statements calling me a "thief" and a "liar" on TCB.
I will refrain from bringing any ethics claim and/or legal action against you for the slanderous remarks above in the event a retraction is made.

As long as we can agree on those points, we can put this to rest.
