As far as bullying tactics, let me just set the record straight here Archie. I have no desire to go about suing people, but I can't set idly by and have them defame me either.

One guys calls me a liar and a thief and the other makes obscene insuations regarding my sexual orientation.

OK - that said, what would your advice be to me, realizing that I haven't got the constitution to lie down and be their doormat. Doing nothing just invites more of the same in my experience.

A retraction is due and owing in both instances, yet none is forthcoming after informal negotiations.

Realize too, that once a person making defamatory statements gets hammered hard, others will more carefully consider what types of things they say. Is that a bad thing, or a plus?

Say - what do you think of Boyd buying out MGM in the AC posh Borgata? There has been that talk of late.

Thoughts on the MGM-Mandalay merger? I think it's bad. Less competition, higer prices, less chance for someone axed from Mirage to get a job at Mandalay.
