Here is an interesting ashtray - not from a casino but it is from a real authentic character in Nevada history. I'm not sure how common this ashtray is - I haven't seen it before - but then there a lots of them in that category. I did a search on the web and it looks like the Cabin in the Sky restaurant is still open - and Joe Comforte is still in Brazil where he fled to escape from the IRS. There was no mention of whether Sally went with Joe or stuck around to face the music.
