Maine Lobster is not a term commonly used to refer to Lobsters not from Maine.
But Boston Clam Chowder is not required to come from Boston. I can get Buffalo wings here in Las Vegas, I'm pretty sure that they are not the wings of real Buffalos nor are they flown in from Buffalo NY.
The term "Casino Chip" is COMMONLY used by collectors and non collectors alike to refer to a type of chip not necessarily its source. You can insist otherwise but you are wrong.
As for the listings. I did not go through all of Pete's listings I spot checked one of the ones you put in your original post and he listed the chip as "Fantasy" but I do not think the word is required in the context of his auctions. There was only one of his auctions that I looked at where I thought it might be at all misleading (The Set from High Roller Casino) but that was not because his title called them Casino Chips, that was because the chip itself suggests it is from a casino.
