It is my opinion you have some very serious issues.
Yes - when someone circulates false statements about me in a public forum, I have issues with that Jim. You wouldn't have an issue with me if I said you were gay (assuming of course that you aren't)?
It is also my opinion the documented statements you have made on this board about Pete are as unacceptable to him as the ones you apparently believe he made about you.
I thought you dealt in numbers and such Jim, not opinions? "Believe he made"? Jim - come to your senses, he did make them and he won't deny that. Ask Mike S. if you want some facts instead of talkking in circles.
It is also my opinion, based upon your posts, that you appear to me to be a vindictive person.
Let's see - Pete rips me off and defames me and I should do what? Tatoo "Welcome" on my back and be his doormat? You got the wrong guy Jimmy boy.
I don't know why you are carrying on the way you are but it also appears to me and others that refunding your money has apparently caused you too post this emotional outburst. What you believe you are gaining is akso beyond me.
Carrying on? Jim, I am seeking to have Pete refund my money (after 15 months) and retract his defamatory statement. "Emotional outburts" LOL - dude - try stand up comedy, you are too funny! What I am gaining is making it widely know what type of person/chip dealer Pete Rizzo is. I am out to tell everyone to avoid him at all costs because he is a snake in the grass.
I have no quarrel with you. I honestly believed getting your money refunded would have ended the discussion. it appears to me it has caused YOU more difficulty.
Jim it may have ended the discussion about what he owed me for the bait and switch, but how would it end the discussion about the defamation. It seems you have avoided that topic all the way through because if Pete admitted it (and I'm sure he will), you'd have to live up to your high-minded ideals and drop him as a client. Avoiding those facts aren't you Jimmy boy?
I do not control how individuals post their auctions on ebay. It is not my responsibility to police individual auctions. If you have a problem with the way individuals list their auctions may i suggest you take the issue up with Ebay, the club, Jim P. the claims director or whoever you wish to discuss it with.
I did take it up with the club, as you mentioned, and Pete was supposed to cease the practice. August 19, his BIN listings end and then we will see how he lives up to his agreement. You know I'll be watching, as will many others. I guess it's too much to ask for Pete to revise his listings or remove them huh?
I don't care about auctions on ebay. I neither buy or sell on ebay.
Then why did you bring it up Jim? You can't have it both ways.
May I suggest you think about what you are posting BEFORE you post.
I give great thought to my posts. If I didn't, they would be full of contradictions and circular reasoning - like yours are.
This will be my last post to you. I have nothing further to say. If you wish to discuss the matter further it will not be with me.
Well I already told you to go away, now why didn't you listen? And this is the 2nd or 3rd time you said you were done speaking, so live by your words instead of saying the same thing over and over. Mean what you say and say what you mean.
Strange how you raised the issue of "Casino chip" listings on eBay, then decided you couldn't answer a simple question (What casino issued them?) and now you are down to "I don't care about auctions on eBay." You are a walking contradiction Jim, now run along and deal with numbers. They don't have opinions, ask hard questions, or catch you in inconsistent statements.
And last thing Jim - buy a dictionary. Your consistent misuse of the word "too" is something they teach in 4th or 5th grade.
Class dismissed! Now away with you!
