You weren't comitted enough to back up your statement with your money, so you tried to make the statement and have me pay for it.

Look - you asked for mediation and I agreed, though I didn't have to. You lost and you weren't happy with the decision YOU asked to have rendered.

You totally disregarded what the mediator decided. You lost, but since you weren't happy with the decision, you want to carry the thing on. You look like a real fool doing that.

Club decisions don't mean anything to you? Then turn in your card like you said you would do, since you refuse to abide by club findings.

I offered a replacement clock three seperate times and you rejected each and every offer.

Then on top of that, you posted defamatory statements that I haven't forgotten about.

Let me put it plainly: you are not getting the $ back and you are not getting a replacement clock. You will retract the statements, or you will be called to account for them.
