Seems like everyone wants to skip that very simple question. Is it that hard, or is the answer that telling?

Tell you what - I'll answer two in good faith in hopes that you will address my question instead of ducking it.

1.) The amount in question is really not relavant. if I ripped you off for $1 or $100, i still ripped you off. The only difference is the degree to which I burned you.

That said, I believe that it was $93, so as you like to say: "What's your point?"
