I don't think anyone mentioned this but the amount that the blinds are required to post does NOT go up when the kill button is "ON". They are not forced to put out a different blind amount before the cards are dealted. But if they want to play in the hand and see the flop, they do have to "call" the new minimum betting amount.
For Example: If you're playing in a $3 - $6 game with FULL KILL. Blinds will be: SmallBlind=$1, BigBlind=$3 If someone wins, two hands in a row, the betting structure will go up $6-$12 from $3-$6. The players in the Blinds still only post $1 and $3. The person that won two hands in a row, is forced to put out a $6 forced bet on the kill button before cards are dealted. If this person happens to be the SB or BB, then this acts as his SB or BB. He only has to post a total of $6 for his blind.
