I don't know of any person who enjoys being the subject of legal action. Generally speaking those who have a "beef" with any purchase or trade will try to work matters out as easily as possible. As you know there is no percentage in ticking off customers, It doesn't make for good business.

Often I have found that personalities are the main reason why disputes can not be worked out. The bad feelings escalate and before you know it a business disagreement turns into a "hate" transaction. It's not necessary and should not happen. It does and that's a fact of life. I'm sorry your experiences have been unpleasent. Perhaps with a little effort it can be straightened out to everyones satisfaction. Let's wait and see.
