The chip you show as well as lower denomms. were indeed in play at Treasure Island Casino here in MN.

Welch is an outlining town close to Red Wing MN. It is in fact closer to Treasure Island Casino than Red Wing,( yes Greg its True) But the USPS or " God " decided to change the address to Red Wing MN.

I purchased a rack of these chips $25 and $5 from the gift shop several years ago and gave them to collectors as well as used them in RR's.

The $100's as far as know where only sold in Lucite paperweights and also sold in the gift shop.

Treasure Island casino is one of the nicest casinos in MN without a doubt.
