Actually, I don't think it was an existing casino.

If you look at the exterior shots, you see that the Las Vegas Club is on the south side of Fremont St., its original location. The actors are seen entering the Last Chance Casino across the street from the Las Vegas Club, which means it was the Overland Hotel at the time.

"The Fabulous" was a thinly-veiled Flamingo.
