I did not bother to look but I assume these are Ebay auctions. Apparently one thinks the item is worth more than the other person. If listed on Ebay the ad price is lower for an item listed at $9.99 than an item listed higher.
Maybe this will make some sense to you. It is kind of like going to grocery stores. Store A has a 12 pack of Coke for $3.99, Store B has the same 12 pack of Coke for $4.29. So, what do you do? Answer...buy wherever you want...Maybe other store is farther away, so the $4.29 might be best deal. If not go to store A and pay $3.99.
Same way with chip...use your head and bid to your own best advantage.
These people are honorable people and they are not out to screw you. They have listed their items for what they feel they are worth. You can bid or not bid. It is as simple as that.
