I had this ID'ed recently. I don't have the info with me now, but they were delivered to California. There was little info on the chip (no club, but did have a person.)

How these chips ended up in Galveston is another question. It was attributed long ago, but a few more have turned up in association with the Hollywood, helping confirm the attachment.

There will probably be a change in the new price guide, or at least a note.
