The cover charge is to make up for Gov. Blojo charging additional taxes for the casinos. I can't stand Hollywood because in addition to charging you to get in, they charge you to park. I always look for a spot on the street. I would say their chips are pretty decent though being the bj plastic ones. On the other hand the grand victoria their chips suck but they don't charge to get in or to park, plus it is much much closer to me.
