It's been a while since I posted this chip. From my past assumptions, and the assumptions of some fellow chippers, it appears that this is from an illegal casino.

There are a number of City Club entries in the Gaming Table, but none that have chips of this mold attributed. So at this point, it's still a big question mark.

Does anyone have any insight into this chip?
