The Rules would be simple:

1. Forward promptly
2. Only put in nice condition chips
3. Only U.S dollar chips
4. No duplication of chips already in the round robin
5. Forward by Priority Mail with USPO Delivery Confirmation
6. Don't put in anything you wouldn't want in your collection
7. Leave notification of status on The Chip Borad
8. 10 person limit and must be a CC-GTCC member
