Under the "teach a man to fish" notion, I have entered the File Upload area of ChipGuide.com. I selected View Database. It can take a while to load, but once it does, look for the name of the person who created the scan (usually at the top of the list). You will see a link to the scan. Click it and view the scan. Copy the URL, then post a reply that says "Here is the scan" and insert the URL.
