Aren't those 2,800 employee technically not on US Tax Payer shoulders? Isn't Bureau of Engraving set-up to make money (earn it, not print it) including employee payroll? They do this by printing currency, stamps, certificates, awards, etc. for foreign countries, banks and companies, right?

If so, what do I win?
