What a shame. I spoke with Andy at this years WSOP. He was staying at the Horseshoe. He played in the big game. He was so full of life and so knowledgable about poker. My company, Huntington Press, had recently signed a contract for Andy to write a book on how to play in poker tournaments. He will be missed!
