Price is based on ASW (Actual Silver Weight) contained in the coins.. so 40% silver coins are slightly higher per ounce of silver contained. They have less downside risk because they can not fall below face value no matter how low silver goes. But of course those are Ask prices, and most people want to pay Bid.
