1.Maybe because he had 1,000's of counterfeit chips made in the early 1990's. They are still being sold today as real chips.

2.He did a nice stretch for the same thing they are trying to pin on MJ today.

That said, I have the original PS art for the chips, but this is the 1st time I've seen the chips.
