I don't think it is Tropicana , LV and I also have doubts on the V9923 listed in TCR-9 & 10. We have your chip in our TGT data base as of April 2004, as an unknown. I think that V9923 should be listed as unknown also. We had it in TCR-9 at 150.00 (O). It sold for 70.00 in the club auction at the Trop. in June 2003, so we dropped the value to 120.00 (M). Unless we find new data before TCR-11 is published, we will delete V9923. The chip was made by the Burt Co. between 1965 and 1985. Jim Blanchard can't help as the chip was hot-stamped by Paul-Son, not Burt. I think that the LV Trop would have had Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas and a dollar sign or at least, no dollar sign with "No Cash Value."
