Serialized NCV chips seem to mostly be marked in TCR as S/N. This chip, V2232, should have that notation added. It is marked Caesars Palace, Las Vegas on the reverse.

By the way, there are several sizes of "oversize" NCV's made. It would be helpful to note the diameter. Maybe that could replace the "OVSZ" notation? This one is 48mm.
