The 25 cent chip Lori asked about is much "tougher" than an E+. The authors of TCR 10 do not have the time to change every price and often they are unaware of a certain chip being much tougher than what they list it at.

In fact there are MANY chips listed as "B" and "C" that I and others have never seen in the 11 years of collecting.

I would price the chip as a "J" but that's my opinion. . Have a GREAT 4th.
