Some of the chips from Russian casinos are denominated in dollars but most of them don't show the dollar sign. The Moscow boat with the Alexander name was the Alexander Blok which is very similiar to our riverboats only the casino is MUCH smaller - about 25' X 25'. I think the boat is used more as a restaurant/dance club.
