Here's one I don't see in The Chip Rack. The plastic enclosed paper business card for Casino Manager Silvio E. Petricciani of the Stardust around 1962. A metal version is listed, so that could be an error. I understand the Petricciani family also owned the Palace Club in Reno.

I have an extra of the Stardust Tommy McDonnell and am missing a lot of them in case anyone wants to trade. These were $60-125 at the convention. I would imagine that the Moe Dalitz would bring more, but I see TCR lists all names the same value.
