page, you can click on the grayed out star to the right (feedback left column) and go straight to the feedback page where you have 'pre-defined' and 'custom' comments available. At least thats how it works on the UK site. Ive been on the beta version (before they fully introduced it) for 6 months.

I must say this amused me though - when they offered me the beta version to try, they asked for comments over a 2 month time frame. I made loads and asked lots of questions. I didnt get a single reply nor was anything incorporated.
