I wanted to make sure that I was reading the red chip correctly. Is it a "K"?

The other is two sides of a "something". The letters around the outside make no sense to me. They are A, C, D, F, G, I, K, L, M, P, R, S, V, W.

Is it a token or a chip or what and does anyone know where it's from?

I searched for TLARGI and the only thing I found is the Los Angeles Rubber Group Inc. started in 1943. I thought I would check here first before I emailed them.
