"Is that a big collection?" a friend asked me, when I told him I had a collection of about 1600 different casino chips, mostly $5-or-less from active casinos, and many obsolete ones of higher denominations with "old-school" designs I find very attractive. "Beats me," was my answer - I was overwhelmed by the sheer size and number of chips listed in TCR 10, over 20,000 chips in the state of Nevada alone, some with price tags I won't be able to afford for several years.
