I recently purchased some casino chips from "Charity Casino's" which I assume are Canadian. What is the difference between a Charity Casino and a regular casino? Are they just for special events, etc? How do they pay, etc? The chips are nice and look like "real" casino chips.

I would be grateful for any information on this subject.
