Stu, I think that anyone that asks someone to "make an offer" ought to go directly to ebay and put his chips for sale there. I do the same thing you do by offering face value. If the seller wants to play games, then games it shall be. Otherwise state the price your willing to sell the chips for and let it end there.

Now the plug. I am going to show you a scan and the price of any of the chips is $1.00 over face. Buy them all and I'll knock of a half-dollar per chip. Unfortunately I may be out of some of them due to prior trades or sales, but for the most part, I still have them.
