The Nor-Cal-Nev Casino Collectibles Club will meet at noon Saturday, Aug. 14, at Casino Fandango, 3800 S. Carson St. in Carson City. To my knowledge we've never met in Nevada's capital city, and it's time we changed that.

Casino Fandango has a meeting room in a building adjacent to the main casino. The casino's general manager told me today that we can have the room "as long as your people come in and gamble in the casino."

Knowing this group, I don't think that will be a problem.
