I've seen the chips I originally started to collect escalate in price. I don't have deep pockets and never intended to put my life savings into the hobby. But,i'm not going to stop collecting either. I just shift gears and change directions.

I was collecting Nv. chips, Colo. Ca. cardrooms and illegals among other "stuff". grin I sold all of my Colo. Some of my Nv. but, will continue to look for Ca. cardrooms and illegals.

Now......if anyone has noticed, i'm after all the "fantasy" chips since i'm in this only for the fun part anyway. Take a look at the club web site fakes and fantasys. I think i've got quite a job on my hands to get 'um all. grin

Bottom line.......High chip prices won't slow down my chip collecting.
