I will try the numbers you gave me. I just found a chat board that has 66 pages of complaints on this. Recent posts say that one-time payments result in the erroneous figures being replaced by the correct amounts. Apparently, ebay has posted that they recognize that they have made billing errors. I tried the one-time payment and I will call ebay today. I hope this works out.
